For corporate orders, two months is ideal, for individual orders, we can take orders 2 days before our last working day.
Please note however, the more notice you give us, the more likely you will have your preferred selection available.

Step 1: The moment you place your order, our phones light up with a cheerful "ping," signalling that your thoughtful gesture is about to begin its journey.
Step 2: We get to work assembling your package with care, wrapping each item with love, and meticulously handwriting your personalised message on the recipient’s card. We then print the shipping label to prepare your package for its journey.
Step 3: Orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day. If you have a specific date in mind, simply specify it at checkout, and we can schedule your delivery up to 2 months in advance.
Step 4: Your order makes its way to the recipient via the selected delivery method. We offer delivery by person within the Perth metro area. For corporate and event orders that require a special touch, we handle the delivery personally. All other shipping orders are dispatched from Perth and will arrive within 1-4 business days, depending on the location.
